Ed Anderson
From the age of seven years old, Ed Anderson has been involved in the sport of boxing in one form or another. As an amateur boxer from Boston Massachusetts, Anderson fought in 60 bouts and was once predicted as a future champion by late boxing legend Paul Pender. One of Anderson’s many goals for the sport is to lend a platform to showcase up and coming fighters along with top ranked professionals.
“As a young boxer I was lucky enough to have great support from my family, the community and our local news. I cannot begin to describe the effects of seeing your name in headlines as a youth boxer. I believe this positive reinforcement builds confidence and character for kids and young adults. It also keeps them focused on achieving their goals and more importantly, staying out of trouble.”
