Former UFC light heavyweight champion Rashad Evans took a step back toward regaining his title Saturday night with an impressive unanimous decision against Thiago Silva at UFC 108 in Las Vegas.
Though Evans is expected to face The Ultimate Fighter rival Quinton "Rampage" Jackson sometime after Jackson wraps up work on The A-Team, Evans showed a well-rounded game that should keep him in the title mix along with champion Lyoto Machida, who handed both Evans and Silva their only losses before Saturday, and challenger Mauricio Rua.
